The work, and what customers say about it

This is a new site for an established trade. Rather than fill it with purchased photography and testimonials nobody wrote, we are building it from actual jobs as they happen.

What gets recorded

How we document a roofing job

Every job gets the same record: the city, the property type, the roofing system involved, and what we actually found once we got on the roof. A roof repair record notes what the leak turned out to be, because the gap between the symptom and the cause is the most useful thing this page can teach. A roof replacement record shows the deck once the old covering came off, the part of the job no photograph of the finished surface can prove happened properly.

Alexander Yassein was the coordinator working with my repair. He assessed the damage from the original build. He scheduled everything from the delivery of materials to bringing in a large skif for removal of the old materials to keeping me informed of work progress. I had to be in another state at the time of installation and he worked with my realtor for access. The delivery personnel were friendly and answered questions about the materials. Alexander used a Webcam to give me a first hand of the work in progress. A very professional company with a strong work ethic.

They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised with no surprises. The crew worked hard, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to the details. Great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean once the job was done. The quality of the work is excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. What really stood out was how turnkey the entire process was—they handled everything seamlessly and even included a complimentary wind mitigation report to help with the insurance process, which was a huge added value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest, and full-service roofing work!

Highly recommend.

The checkable part

None of this asks you to take our word for it.

Most roofing sites open with a star rating and a project count. Both are trivially easy to invent, which is exactly why neither tells you much on its own.

So this page leads with things you can check against sources we do not control: a license number the state keeps its own record of, reviews that live on a public profile, and photographs of our own work rather than a supplier's catalog. Read the records, then judge the work.
